【摘要】 从育种技术路线的设计、新杂种的获得与选择、非整倍体和显性雄性核不育基因的转育等方面总结了作者从事冬小麦染色体工程育种研究的方法与经验;介绍了陇东冬小麦染色体工程育种研究在种质创新及细胞遗传学研究、近缘种属有益基因的导入、冬小麦新品种(系)的选育、小麦种质资源数据库的建立等方面的主要成果。针对目前工作中存在的问题,提出了今后的工作思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper Summarizes the authors’ experiences and methods in breeding experiences on the chromosomes of winter wheat from the design of breeding techniques line,access to and choice of the new hybrid,transfer of aneuploid and dominant male-sterile gene.In addition,it introduces the main results which chromosome breeding study of Longdong winter wheat on germplasm innovation and research in cell genetics research,the introduction of related species are useful genes,Breeding of the new winter wheat varieties(lines),establishment of wheat germplasm resources database,and other aspects.At the same time,aimed at the existing problems in the work and puts forward the working idea in the future.更多还原
