不同种源梭梭苗木耐盐性盆栽试验
Potting experimental researches on salt tolerance of different Haloxylon ammodendron provenances
【摘要】 用浓度为6%,8%,10%,12%的NaCl溶液对阿右旗、塔木苏格、民勤3个不同种源的梭梭苗木进行了耐盐性盆栽试验.结果表明:3个种源的梭梭的耐盐性存在差异,其中阿右旗梭梭耐盐性最差,相对生长量最小,仅为56.31%;民勤梭梭最大,为66.49%;塔木苏格梭梭次之,为58.68%.盐害指数和盐害率分析发现,随NaCl浓度的增大,3个种源梭梭的盐害指数和盐害率逐渐增大,但阿右旗梭梭的盐害指数和盐害率均高于民勤和塔木苏格梭梭.综合分析认为,民勤梭梭的耐盐能力最强,塔木苏格次之,阿右旗梭梭最差.
【Abstract】 Potting experimental researches on salt tolerance of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings from three provenances(Alashan Youqi,Tamusuge and Minqin) at four concentration levels(6 %,8 %,10 % and 12 %) of NaCl were carried out.The results showed that the salt tolerance of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings from three provenances were different from each other,among which the provenance from Alashan Youqi had the lowest salt tolerance,it’s average relative growth increment was just 56.31 %,then the Tamusuge provenance with the average relative growth increments of 58.68 %,and the Minqin provenance had the highest salt tolerance,it’s average relative growth increments was 66.49 %.Analysis of salt injury index and salt injury rate showed that with the increasing of NaCl concentration the salt injury index and salt injury rate increased gradually,but the salt injury index and salt injury rate of Alashan Youqi provenance were both higher than those of Minqin provenance and Tamusuge provenance.The comprehensive analysis showed that the salt tolerance of Minqin provenance was the highest,and Alashan Youqi provenance had the lowest salt tolerance.
