【摘要】 分别于谢花后20、30、40、50、60d对鄂梨2号[中香×(伏梨×启发),Pyrus pyrifolia Nskai.cv.Eli No.2)]进行套袋处理,结果表明,套袋时期越早,果皮越厚,果面亮度值越高,L值越大,同时果点覆盖值越小,单位面积果点数越少,果面越光洁,外观越漂亮。套袋时期越早,果实平均单果质量有降低的趋势,果实可溶性固形物含量(SSC)、可滴定酸(TA)、可溶性糖(SS)含量降低,风味变淡;同时果实SSC/TA、SS/TA、果肉硬度有增加的趋势。各时期处理果实维生素C含量差异不显著。综合评价得出,鄂梨2号最适宜的套袋时期为谢花后30～40d。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eli No.2 pear cultivar was used as material for studying the effect of bagging on 20,30,40,50 and 60 d after flowering on the fruit quality.The results showed that the thickness and brightness of the fruit skin,SSC/TA and SS/TA were increased and accompanied with less fruit dots per area unit when bagging was done earlier.The average fruit mass,the firm-ness and the content of SSC,SS and TA were decreased,and the fruit would be tasteless.The content of Vitamin C was not changed significantly when bagging was done earlier.It is believed that the most appropriate period for bagging for Eli No.2 pear cultivar was on 30 d to 40 d after flowering.更多还原
