2,4-二硝基甲苯加氢反应历程及操作条件对反应速率的影响

【摘要】 研究2,4-二硝基甲苯(2,4-DNT)在Ni/硅藻土催化剂上的加氢反应历程和操作条件对反应速率的影响.通过GC-MS分析,提出2,4-DNT加氢合成2,4-二氨基甲苯(2,4-TDA)的反应历程.用初速率分析法考察操作条件对反应速率的影响,分析结果表明:在最佳实验条件下,当搅拌速率达1 500 r/min时,反应进入本征区;反应速率随催化剂用量的增加而线性增加;反应速率随压力和温度的升高而加快;温度与催化剂用量是影响2,4-DNT加氢反应速率的关键因素.

【Abstract】 Reaction pathway of hydrogenation reaction of 2,4-dinitrotoluene(2,4-DNT) and influence of operational conditions on its reaction rate were investigated by using Ni/kieselgur as the reaction catalyst.A reaction course was proposed by means of GC-MC analysis,where the 2,4-toluene diamine(2,4-TDA) was synthesized by adding hydrogen to the 2,4-DNT.The influence of operational conditions on the reaction rate was examined with initial rate analysis method and its result showed that under optimal experimental condition with such a mixing speed as 1 500 r/min,the reaction entered into its intrinsic region and the reaction rate increased linearly with the catalyst dosage as well as increased with the pressure and temperature.The temperature and catalyst dosage had a key influence on the hydrogenation reaction of 2,4-DNT.
