【Abstract】 Over a long period of time,Britain persisted in‘splendid Isolation’policy and carried out‘the Diplomacy of balance power’,Its emphasis diplomacy was Europe,but at the end of 19th century and at the beginning of 20th century,Britain drifted away‘Triangle-Al-liance’and ‘ France-Russian Alliance’,insisted on the Britain’s profit for its aim and implemented the ‘befriend the distance enemies while attacking the nearby enemies’strategy,Britain negotiated with Japan and signed the ‘Anglo-Japanese Alliance agreement’,The strategic diplomacy choice of ‘the Grand Strategy of Europe first’was the big transform and regulation of its long period of time‘splendid Isolation Policy’,which also was the Britain’s strength of continue and development,while the Britain entered the new history period.更多还原
