【摘要】 牛奶样经乙腈提取、固相萃取,高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测牛奶中6种磺胺类药物残留.考察了样品的抽提及色谱分析条件。在最佳层析条件下,回收率为磺胺嘧啶(SDA):85.99%、磺胺一甲基嘧啶(SME):94.18、磺胺二甲基嘧啶(SMX):97.89%、磺胺口恶唑(SMZ):92.35%、磺胺一甲氧嘧啶(SMM):88.72%、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶(SMO):92.94%;检出限SDA:0.41ppb、SME:0.86ppb、SMX:0.09ppb、SMZ:0.45ppb、SMM:0.19ppb、SMO:0.08ppb。更多还原

【Abstract】 The milk samples were extracted with Acetonitrile, and cleaned by a SXC column solid phase extraction ( SPE). The amounts of Sulfadiazine (SDA), Sulfamerazine (SME), Sulfamethazine (SMZ), Sulfamethoxazole(SMX), Sulfamonomethoxine (SMM), Sulfadimethoxine (SMO) in milk were simultaneously determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Under the optimal conditions, the recoveries of micro-dialysis were obtained as 85.99%, 94.18%, 97.89%, 92.35%, 88.72%, and 92.94% with the detection limits of 0.41, 0.86, 0.09, 0.45,0.19 and 0.08ppb for SDA, SME, SMX, SMZ, SMM and SMO, respectively.更多还原
