【Abstract】 A new kinetic spectrophotometric procedure for the analysis of Quercetin in Chinese traditional medicine has been described.This method was based on its catalytic effect of Quercetic on the redox reaction of methylene blue-hydrogen peroxide system in ammonium chloride cushion solution medium.The action of Quercetin in this system was studied.The linear range of determination is 1.5×10-5μg/ml-4.5×10-4μg/ml with detection limits of1.2×10-5μg/ml.The procedure was proved to be suitable in terms of selectivity for the micro amount of Quercetin in Chinese traditional medicine.更多还原
