基于磁芯的环氧树脂基封装材料研究
Research on epoxy-based packaging material based on magnetic core
【摘要】 研究了环氧树脂基封装胶对FeCuNbSiB纳米晶磁芯性能的影响。结果表明,磁芯封装后,磁芯电感值显著下降,在100kHz时电感值下降了10%~45%;封装胶中触变剂、活性填料对磁芯电感值影响非常大,合适的配比有助于封装后磁芯电感值的升高。当触变剂量为60%(占环氧树脂)、活性填料量为100%(占环氧树脂)时,磁芯封装后电感量在100kHz下降9.7%,达到最好水平。
【Abstract】 The effect of epoxy-based packaging on magnetic properties of FeCuNbSiB nanocrystalline magnetic core was investigated.The results show that the inductance value decreased significantly after the packaging of magnetic core.The inductance value declined by 10%-45% at 100kHz.The thixotropic agent and active filler have significant effect on magnetic core inductance value,proper proportion is conducive to the increase of inductance value.When the thixotropic agent will occupy 60% of epoxy resin and active filler will occupy 100% of epoxy resin,the inductance value declined by 9.7% at 100kHz.
