【摘要】 目的:建立脂定宁丸中荷叶碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,YWG-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm;10μm);流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺-冰醋酸(45.0∶53.2∶1.2∶0.59),流速1mL.min-1;检测波长270nm。结果:荷叶碱的线性范围为0.144-0.720μg(r=0.9996);平均回收率为102.34%,RSD为1.84%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为脂定宁丸的质量检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for the determination of monomer in Zhidingning pill.Method:The HPLC analysis was achieved by using a YWG-C₁₈ column（4.6×250mm;10μm）and using acetonitrile-waterTriethylamine-acetic acid（45.0∶53.2∶1.2∶0.59）,as the mobile phase,with flow rate of 1mL·min^-1 and detection at 270nm.Result:The linear range of gastrodin was 0.144-0.720μg（r=0.9996）;The recovery of gastrodin was 102.34%,RSD=1.84%（n=6）.Conclution: The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for quality evaluation of zhidingning pill.更多还原
