【摘要】 通过对气和脾的本质属性的分析,对脾气概念的内涵和外延进行界定。脾气的内涵是长夏湿土之气和人体先天之精气相互作用所产生的冲和之气,此冲和之气通过气化形成脾藏形质结构,同时通过以上升为主的运动方式及温煦、滋润等作用形式,使脾藏具有承载、生养、使五味发生变化等的能力。脾气的外延有广义和狭义之分。广义之脾气是指脾藏所具有的不断运动着的所有精微物质的总称。狭义之脾气则分为三部分:脾藏之气中以运动(上升)为主要属性的精微物质,称为狭义之脾气;脾藏之气中以温煦、激发、兴奋为主要属性的精微物质,称为脾阳;脾藏之气中以滋润、抑制、宁静为主要属性的精微物质,称为脾阴。脾气、脾阳、脾阴均属于广义脾气的范畴。更多还原

【Abstract】 To define the intension and extension of the spleen qi by analyzing the essence property of qi and spleen.The intension of the spleen qi is a kind of harmonious qi produced by interaction between dampness qi of later summer and congenital essence qi of human body.This harmonious qi forms the structure of spleen by gasification,and by going up,warming and moistening style,makes spleen possess ability of carrying,producing and transforming five tastes into essence.The extension of the spleen qi contains broad sense and narrow sense.The broad sense of spleen qi refers to the general name of essential substance which moving all the time that belongs to spleen.The narrow sense of spleen qi can be divided into three parts: narrow spleen qi which is the essence substance of spleen qi that going upward;spleen Yang which is the essence of spleen qi that warming,promoting and exciting;spleen Yin which is the essence of spleen qi that moistening,restraining and calming.Spleen qi,spleen Yang and spleen Yin belong to broad extension of spleen qi.更多还原
