【摘要】 目的评价奥亭止咳露(镇咳药)治疗呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机双盲对照试验,可评价病例63例,试验组32例,对照组31例;试验组口服奥亭止咳露15mL,对照组口服复方磷酸可待因口服液15mL,均3次/日,疗程均为3～7d。用药过程中观察患者咳嗽、咳痰变化情况和不良反应及血、尿常规肝肾功能。结果镇咳总有效率,试验组为62.5%,对照组为60.0%;祛痰总有效率,试验组为44.4%,对照组为53.3%,组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。试验组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为12.5%和16.1%,主要表现为头晕、嗜睡、口干、便秘、乏力、恶心等,2组相似。结论奥亭止咳露对呼吸道感染的镇咳疗效肯定、安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cofetol cough syrup in the treatment of infections of respiratory tract. Methods Sixty three patients were entrolled into the double blind,controlled study. They were divided to receive 15 mL of cofetol cough syrup (trial group,n=32)or 15 mL of compound codeine syrup (control group,n=31) both 3 times daily for 3~7 days.Results The overall effective rate of relieving cough was 62.5% for trial group and 60.0% for control group . The overall effective rate of reducing sputum was 44.4% for trial group and 53.3% for control group . The adverse reaction rates of trial and control groups were 12.5%and 16.1% respectively. The main adverse reaction for trial group was mild dizziness,dry mouth,constipation etc.No significant differense in efficacy and adverse reaction between groups were observed.Conclusion Cofetol cough syrup is an effective and safe antitussive.更多还原
