【Abstract】 The cultivation of clinical doctors is the base and support for the sustainable development of medical and health service in our country.The overall qualification and the level of service quality demonstrated by the medical workers determine the quality of medical service.The writers of the article analyzed statistically the questionnaires on the cultivation of 2,259 clinical doctors,which objectively showed the current situation on the cultivation of clinical doctors in some of the medical institutions in Yunnan Province.The writers also put forward some countermeasures to the main problems existing in the cultivation of clinical doctors.更多还原
