【摘要】 目的:了解粘接性夹板固定外伤前牙的疗效及治疗中的疼痛程度。方法:将75例患者170颗患牙随机分为使用扁钢丝——自酸蚀树脂构成的粘接性夹板固定的粘接组和钢丝结扎组,使用视觉模拟评分法对患者在治疗过程中的疼痛指数,伤后3～6个月对患牙的临床疗效作出判定。结果:粘接组患者的疼痛指数低于钢丝结扎组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);粘接组的患牙治疗有效率为96.6%,钢丝结扎组的治疗有效率为71.7%,两者之间有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:使用扁钢丝——自酸蚀树脂构成的粘接性夹板固定外伤牙,具有良好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the healing effect of adhesive splints in the treatment of anterior traumatized luxated teeth and the level of pain in the course of treatment.Methods:75 patients(170 traumatized teeth) were given adhesive dental arch fixation and wire-ligated dental arch fixation respectively.The adhesive arch was made up of flat steel wire and self-etching resin.The visual analogue scales were used to evaluate the pain level of patients during the course of fixation,and the healing effect was judged 3～6 months later.Results:The index of pain in adhesive-treated patients were lower than that of wire-ligated-treated patients(P<0.05).The success rate of the two methods were 96.6% and 71.7%,respectively,and the difference was significant in statistics(P<0.01).Conclusion:The adhesive system has particular advantage in the treatment of luxated teeth comparing with other routine fixation methods.更多还原
