【Abstract】 Concession operation has become increasingly popular in the development of wastewater treatment projects in cities of China.However,there lack applicable methods to adjust the concession price of such BOT projects.The key risks which influence the adjustment of concession price in wastewater treatment projects have been identified through literature review and project survey.Based on the risk allocation between the government and the project company,according to key risks assumed by the government,there operable adjustment methods including unit price and total price adjustment have been suggested.更多还原
