电厂锅炉高温再热器爆管原因分析与对策

【摘要】 通过对比某电厂300 MW发电机组锅炉投产初期发生的四次高温再热器异种钢焊口爆破情况,找出了它们的共同点;从高温再热器管材、爆口断裂情况和管排结构等方面对发生高温再热器爆管的原因进行了细致分析,利用排除法得出高温再热器爆管的主要原因,并有针对性地提出了改进方案;为采用同类型结构的锅炉受热面的改进提供了可借鉴的方案。

【Abstract】 By contrasting four times of bursts happened on the high temperature reheater of a new 300 MW boiler which was put into production only a little days,found out their common grounds.To analyses the causes for the squib happened on the high temperature reheater from the tubing of the high temperature reheater,the rupture condition of the burst sluice and the structure of the bank of tubes,by using the exclusive method,educed the primary reasons of the squib and put forward the methods to solve these problems pertinently.This analysis offers the useful alteration of the same type boiler.
