气流床气化炉水冷壁设计方案的水动力分析

【摘要】 对于日处理煤量700 t的非熔渣-熔渣两段式气流床气化炉内采用的垂直管屏水冷壁进行了水动力稳定性分析,为新型气流床气化炉的设计提供理论依据。计算比较了φ51×6 mm和φ38×6 mm两种结构对水动力的影响,发现采用φ51×6 mm光管会使水冷壁发生水动力不稳定现象,可以通过采用φ38×6 mm光管得到改善。而水冷壁入口参数对流动稳定性没有太大影响。可以采用临界流速作为判断此类气化炉垂直水冷壁管内流动是否稳定的依据。

【Abstract】 The hydrodynamic of vertical water wall in an entrained-flow coal gasifier with 700 ton coal per day was predicted in this paper in order to supply reasonable understanding for the design.The effect of the tube size on the hydrodynamic was investigated by comparing the tube size with 51 mm in diameter,6 mm in thickness and 38mm in diameter,6 mm in thickness.The results show that the water flow is unstable if the tube is 51mm in diameter,while it becomes stable in case of the tube is 38 mm in diameter.However,it could not be improved by decreasing the water temperature at the inlet of the tube or increasing the water pressure.The authors suggested that the hydrodynamic of water wall in an entrained-flow coal gasifier could be judged by the critical velocity.
