【摘要】 目的:探讨家庭功能对慢性乙型肝炎患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法:随机抽取该院住院的慢性乙型肝炎患者120例,采用FamilyAPGAR问卷和抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查研究分析慢性乙型肝炎患者家庭功能与抑郁情绪关系。结果:45.8%为功能良好家庭,41.7%为中度障碍家庭,12.5%为严重障碍家庭。慢性乙型肝炎患者抑郁总的发生率为44.2%,其中轻度抑郁发生率为27.5%,中度抑郁发生率为12.5%,重度抑郁发生率为4.2%。家庭功能各组间抑郁发生率、SDS评分差异有统计学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study aimed to explore the effect of the family function onthe depression of the chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods: 120 chronic hepatitis Bpatients in our hospital were randomly selected to accomplish the Family APGAR andSDS questionnaire. Results: 45.8% of the family was in the good function, 41.7% was inthe medium disorder, and 12.5% was in the severe disorder.
