土壤几种化学性质对土壤Cr形态的影响
Effect of Several Soil Chemical Properties on Soil Chromium Speciations
【摘要】 考察了土壤几种化学性质同土壤铬形态及土壤铬生物有效性间的关系。采用Tessier连续提取法对所采集的土壤样品进行铬形态提取,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对提取液进行测定。各形态百分含量:水溶态0.29%、交换态0.31%、碳酸盐结合态0.48%、铁锰氧化物结合态3.38%、有机质结合态6.76%、残渣态88.72%。所研究的土壤化学性质中,土壤pH值、阳离子交换量以及碳酸盐量对土壤铬形态分布及生物有效性影响较大,铁氧化物与有机质含量对土壤铬形态的分布及生物有效性有一定的影响。
【Abstract】 Relation of Cr species in soil and its bioavailability with some chemical properties of the soil is studied.Soil samples from three spots are distilled by Tessier sequential extraction procedure.Extracts are analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).Mean values of the extractable species of Cr,expressed in percentages of soil are:0.29% soluble,0.31% exchangeable,0.48% carbonates,3.38% oxides,6.76% organics and 88.77% residual.Some soil chemical properties,as pH of soils,cation exchange capacity(CEC),calcium carbonate,ferriferous oxide and organic matter are studied.Chromium speciation is mainly affected by soil pH,CEC and calcium carbonate,but little by ferriferous oxide and organic matter.
