【摘要】 技术获取模式是企业技术战略的重要组分,对企业竞争力及可持续发展具有深远影响。以我国的IT企业为研究对象,将技术的获取模式按照企业研发力量的参与程度划分为内部研发、合作研发和外部购买,调查分析企业技术获取模式的选择对企业绩效产生的影响发现:除了内部研发与企业的新产品开发绩效显著正相关外,其他模式对企业绩效的影响并无统计学显著性差异。究其原因则与企业所处的市场环境、产业特点以及生命周期有着密切联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firms’ technological acquisition modes are one of the most important part of their technological strategies.It impacts deeply on the firms’ competitiveness and their sustainable development.Based on the former works,this research is trying to do some tentative researches using the sample of the Chinese Information Technology industry.In this study,broad categories of technology acquisition modes are grouped by the extent of a firm’s R&D involvement into three modes: In-house R&D,R&D cooperation,and technology purchasing.There is only a positive relationship between in-house R&D and new product development had been confirmed because of the market environment,industrial character and life cycle etc.更多还原
