【摘要】 为减小水泥稳定碎石基层材料收缩变形量,增强其抗裂能力,采用向水泥稳定碎石材料中掺加适量膨胀剂,通过膨胀剂的微膨胀来减小材料的收缩变形。探讨了膨胀剂掺量及养护龄期对水泥稳定碎石路用性能的影响,并推荐采用90 d的劈裂强度来确定膨胀剂的最佳掺量。室内试验和实体工程均表明,膨胀剂能在水泥稳定碎石基层中产生微膨胀,抵消材料的部分收缩,增加其密实度,因此,掺膨胀剂水泥稳定碎石具有优良的路用性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to decrease the shrinkage of cement stabilized macadam,appropriate expansion agent is added to cement stabilized macadam.Its close-grained degree could be improved,its shrinkagecould be decreased when the micro-expansion of expansion agent come into being.Influence of expansive agent content and curing period on road performance of cement stabilized macadam are discussed.On 90 days curing age,splitting strength of cement stabilized macadam mixed with expansive agent is obviously bigger than that of cement stabilized macadam.The optimum of expansive agent content,5%,is put forward.Test results and entitative engineering show that cement stabilized macadam mixed with expansion agent has good characters.So cement stabilized macadam mixed with expansion agent has favorable road performance.更多还原
