【摘要】 目的:了解综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的临床效果,为治疗儿童弱视提供参考依据。方法:对780例弱视儿童进行配戴眼镜、遮盖法、家庭精细作业和增视功能训练的弱视综合治疗,随访2a。结果:年龄越小治疗效果越好;轻、中度弱视治疗效果均优于重度弱视;屈光不正性弱视和斜视性弱视治疗效果均优于屈光参差性弱视;中心注视性弱视治疗效果优于旁中心注视性弱视。结论:综合疗法治疗儿童弱视可取得较满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the clinical effects of amblyopia in children treated with integrated treatment and to provide references for the treatment of children with amblyopia.METHODS:A total of 780 cases received integrated treatment of shade therapy,family fine homework therapy and after image therapy.The follow-up was 2 years.RESULTS:The younger,the better therapeutic effect could be obtained.Treatment effects of mild to moderate amblyopia were superior to severe amblyopia.Ametropia amblyopia and strabismus amblyopia treatment effects were better than anisometropic amblyopia.Amblyopia with central fixation was better than amblyopia with paracentral fixation.CONCLUSION:Treated by comprehensive therapy,we can obtain satisfactory effects on children amblyopia.更多还原
