【摘要】 目的:改进视网膜脱离的不放液手术。方法:不同脱离形态和不同裂孔部位的孔源性视网膜脱离82例施行不放液手术,通过前房穿刺降低眼压,在间接检眼镜下,便于顶压视网膜检查裂孔和外加压及球内注气。结果:前房穿刺操作82例无1例晶状体混浊、前房出血和感染等并发症。不同类型的视网膜脱离1次复位率91%。一次复位的75例中经6～12mo的随访,仅有4例再次脱离。结论:此方法安全、方便、缩短了手术时间,同时适时的降压对直视下手术操作也很有利。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To improve the retinal detachment surgery without drainage.METHODS:Eighty-two cases with different detachment shapes and different hole positions of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment underwent retinal reattachment surgery without drainage.The intraocular pressure(IOP) was lowered through anterior chamber puncture for the sake of convenience to examination of retinal holes in the operation under indirect ophthalmoscope,scleral buckling and pneumatic retinopexy.RESULTS:None of 82 cases undergoing anterior chamber puncture had lens opacity,hyphema,infection or other complications.The rate of one-operation reattachment was 91% in varied types of retinal detachments.Retinas redetached in 4 cases of 75 patients who had successful retinal reattachment in one operation during the follow-up period of 6 to 12 months.CONCLUSION:The method is safe,convenient and shortens the operation time and meanwhile it lowers the intraocular pressure in the surgery,which is convenient to operation under direct vision.更多还原
