【摘要】 文章通过对爱尔兰香农、美国丹佛、香港赤腊角、荷兰史基浦等国际大型空港及其周边临空经济发展的成功案例分析,提出临空经济发展具有渐进式、跳跃式、更新式和大型航空城等四种发展模式以及临空经济发展经历的准备、成长、成熟、瓶颈和航空城开发等五个阶段及其特征;划分了我国大陆地区空港和临空经济的三种发展类型;并提出了不同阶段政府应采取的政策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the successful examples of Shannon International Airport (SNN), Denver International Airport (DEN), Hong Kong International Airport (HKG), Schiphol International Airport (SPL) and their Airport Economic Zones (AEZs), this paper concludes four patterns of AEZs including gradual method, bound method, up-to-dated method and aerotropolis method, and five stages including preparation, growing-up, mature, bottleneck and aerotropolis of AEZs, divides China’s airports and AEZs into three kinds, and also proposes some advices to the government in programming AEZs during different stages.更多还原
