【Abstract】 CEPA and its supplementary agreements improve the economic and trade relations between Hong Kong and Guang-dong Province. Hong Kong companies have been entering service industry in full swing. By making contrastive analysis of the services of regional core cities and manufacturing advantages of Guang-dong and Hong Kong before the signing of CEPA and those after, this paper discusses how the changes in the diffusion of service industry in Hong Kong affect the industrial structure evolution of Pearl River Delta region and Guang-dong Province. On the basis of the cooperation in Pan-Pearl River Delta, the paper brings forward some policy thinking of industrial transfer and upgrading in Guang-dong and Hong Kong.更多还原
