一种基于网格的图像测量系统高精度标定方法

【摘要】 提出一种图像测量系统高精度标定方法,设计一种网格靶标,给出了图像分块处理和平行直线拟合方法的靶标特征点提取方法,并采用了一种基于靶标的摄像机位置调整方法。采用两步法对图像测量系统进行标定,首先进行线性标定,然后进行多项式拟合畸变校正。实验结果表明畸变校正后标定精度达到0.18像素,具有较高标定精度。

【Abstract】 A high-precision calibration method for imaging measurement system is proposed.A mesh-grid target is designed and a feature-point extraction method is presented based on local imaging processing and parallel line fitting method.A adjusting method for vidicon’s position is adopted based on targets.The imaging measurement system is calibrated through two steps: firstly,linear calibration is implemented;secondly,image aberrations are corrected polynomial fitting.The experimental results demonstrate that the calibration precision after aberration correction can achieve 0.18 pixels,which is higher than other methods.
