铣削加工后表面形貌测量系统研究
Study on Milled Surface Geometrical Topography Measuring System
【摘要】 将传感器测试技术和数控技术相结合,研制了一套基于成形轨迹测量法的加工表面形貌测量系统。铣削测量试验结果表明,该表面形貌测量系统可以快速准确绘制出被加工表面的几何形貌,且具有良好的自适应性。
【Abstract】 The machined surface topography measuring system combined the sensor measuring and testing techniques with numerical control technology is developed based on shaping trajectory measuring method,and a series of milling experiments are carried out.Experimental results indicate that the machined surface geometrical topography can be drawn quickly and exactly by the surface topography measuring system,and this system has good adaptability.
