乌鲁木齐市大气污染物排放与扩散失衡的原因分析及其防治对策
Analysis and Countermeasures on Emission and Dispersion of Air Pollutants in Urumqi
【摘要】 在分析乌鲁木齐市近5年来大气环境质量变化的基础上,探讨了大气污染物排放与扩散失衡的原因。同时结合乌鲁木齐市的现阶段发展水平和清洁能源的资源优势,提出切实可行的大气污染防治方法和解决途径,以达到明显改善乌鲁木齐市大气环境质量的目的。
【Abstract】 The air pollution of Urumqi is very serious.Based on the changes of the air environment quality in Urumqi,the causes of unbalance between the emission and the dispersion of air pollutants was analyzed.In addition,considering the city development level and the advantages of sanitary resources,the feasible defensive measures and solutions of air pollutants put forward.
