【Abstract】 The civil-crops system is one of the basic systems in Neo-Guangxi Regime,which was of great significance for it helped to well administer the society and ensure people’s security.Under that specific situation,the civil-crops system had played important role in stabilizing the society and protecting against outside invasion.However,the civil-crops system was actually a kind of military dictatorial system that reflected the military dictatorship of the Neo-Guangxi Regime.更多还原
