国有企业自我约束机制的形成和模式初探
On the Self-Restricting Mechanism in State-Owned Enterprises and Its Mode
【摘要】 国有企业存在的根本问题是缺乏自我约束机制,特别是缺乏对企业管理层的激励和约束。文章从自组织理论的视角,探讨国有企业形成自我约束机制的可能性,提出国有企业自我约束的形成模式:"双向回环式管理体系",并讨论了双向回环管理体系的实现途径。
【Abstract】 The basic problem of state-owned enterprises is the deficiency of self-restricting mechanism,especially in the leader group of the enterprises. This paper studied the formation and the self-restricting mechanism model in state-owned enterprises from the view of self-organization. A "bidirectional loop management system" was put forward and its realization way was discussed.
