【摘要】 在分析云南省农民收入现状和农民收入构成的基础上,对1985—2005年支援农业财政资金投入与农民人均纯收入的关系进行实证分析,发现支农财政资金逐步成为农民收入增加的可靠保障,支援农业生产支出、农林水利气象部门事业费、农业科技建设费用成为农民增收的有利因索,而农业基本建设对农民收入影响甚微;并进一步提出西部省区应该根据各地区农业生产条件和农民收入来源构成特征优化支农财政投入结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Base on the analysis of farmer’s income and its structure, the relationship between the financial funds for agriculture and the increase of farmers’ income in 1985-2005 are analyzed, the research indicated that the financial fund agricultural has become the support of the increase of peasant’s income and the advanced factors for supporting rural and production expenditure, expense of agricultural, forest, irrigation and meteorology and science & technology promotion funds; but agriculture infrastructure has little influence to farmers’ income. It is discussed that the government should optimize the structure of expenditure for agriculture based on different agriculture conditions and different structure of farmers’ income.更多还原
