【Abstract】 As China has become an important global manufacture base,more and more MNEs have built up their own R&D Investment centers in China in order to increase their competitive force.This paper analyzed the expansion and implementation of the MNE’s R&D investment in China,pointed out the important characteristic of R&D center and development organization of the MNEs in China,then presented beneficial views on how to draw lessons from the MNEs’ experience of localization and R&D investment and how to promote the creative ability of the business enterprise.更多还原
