【Abstract】 There are four kinds of financial risk: risk of enterprises value assessment,risk of financing,risk of liquidity,risk of leveraged buyout’s debt. The author presented an early-warning system of financial risk in order to prevent and solve the financial risk,and to help the enterprises make reasonable choices during the mergers and acquisitions in order to reduce the financial risk.更多还原
