【摘要】 中国是一个后起的发展中大国,产业发展的市场、技术条件不同于西方国家,从而导致产业生命周期的变异和市场结构的形成、演变的独特规律。本文以有机硅产业为例,论述同一产业中核心技术链环节的导入期较长,并形成高集中度的垄断市场结构;而非核心技术链环节则越过导入期直接进入成长期,并形成分散竞争的市场结构,但二者殊途同归——向寡头垄断的市场结构演进。为避免从导入期进入成长期的混乱,减少产业成长的成本,要大力发挥政府在市场结构转换中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is a late-developing and large country,so market and technology’s factors of industries development are different from the ones in the West.As a result,industry lifecycle undergoes mutation and industry market structure’s formation and evolution has distinct laws in China.With organosilicone industries serving as an illustration,this paper argues that in the same industry,the segment of the core technology chain goes through a long entering period and a monopolistic market structure of high concentration ratio forms,while the segment of non-core technology chain overleaps entering period and reaches directly growth period and a market structure of dispersive competition forms.However,both the segments arrive at the same end by roads and evolve to oligopoly market structure.To avoid the confusion from entering period to growth period and decrease costs of industry’s growth,government should make full use of the abilities in transforming market structure.更多还原
