【摘要】 从统计过程看,农村统计数据是通过地方各级政府部门下属的统计机构,上报到中央政府;中央政府也建立相应的中央调查总队,通过抽样的形式获取农户收入的相关资料,与地方政府上报的资料相互印证。地方和中央的统计部门都能够独立地向社会外界提供有关农户收入的资料,经济工作者利用这些资料为农户服务。这一切活动都在市场环境中运行,所以各方都不同程度存在利益的联系。但在实际统计过程中存在人为的干预,在统计数据上做文章,虚报、瞒报、伪造、篡改统计数字,以数骗绩。本文正是基于此,联系博弈理论,得出了农村统计数据失真与治理策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seeing from the statistic process,the rural statistic data is reported to the central government by the statistical agencies of local subordinate departments at all levels.The central government has also set up the Central Investigation Division to get relevant information of the income of farmers by sampling them,and then confirm the information reported by the local government.Local and central statistics departments will be able to independently provide information on income of the farmers to the outside world,and economists use this information to service for farmers.All this activity runs in the market environment,so that all parties link with each other in varying degrees of interest.However,there seems to be some man-made interference in the course of the actual statistics operation.Based on this case,the author applies the game theory and obtains the result of statistical data distortion in the rural areas and puts forward some countermeasures.更多还原
