【摘要】 人口问题是提出构建和谐社会的重要背景之一。进入21世纪,贵州人口问题从以往单纯的人口数量膨胀问题开始转向人口数量膨胀和人口结构失衡"并驾齐驱"的新时期,人口老龄化更是其中不能回避的重要问题。贵州人口老龄化呈现出速度快、城乡、地区和民族不平衡、超前于经济发展等特征。从发展的眼光看,其必将逐渐演变为具有更大挑战性的和谐社会的构建问题。针对"和谐贵州"建设进程中的老龄化问题进行研究,并提出人口与社会经济"共普和谐"的应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The population problem is one of the important backgrounds to contribute harmonious society. Enters into the 21st century,the Guizhou population problem started changing from the problem of the pure population quantity inflation to the quantity inflation and the structure unbalance.In the new times,the population aging becommes the important issue which cannot be avoided.The Guizhou popu- lation aging presents such characteristics,the high-speed,unbalanced between city and countryside,ar- eas,nationalities,and advanced on economical development and so on.Judging from the development,the Guizhou population aging problem will develop gradually into the higher challenging problem in harmo- nious society’s construction.According to the analysis and research on the issue,this article will propose the strategies that population,society all together with economy will develop harmoniously.更多还原
