【Abstract】 Higher algebra is an abstract and theoretical subject.In the teaching,it is hard to join the examples with the real life.This gives people the impression that learning algebra is not useful.The value of mathematics is lost.This article clarifies the nature and role of mathematical modeling thought,This thought will change abstract into image,change theory into application,and illustrates that this thought is necessary and feasible in higher algebra teaching.Melting modeling thought will be able to solve these problems mentioned above.Research shows that mathematical modeling thought plays an important role in cultivating students’ innovative thinking,improving the quality of teaching and the students’ quality of mathematics.更多还原
