【摘要】 目的探讨微创手术治疗锁骨中段骨折的方法及效果。方法对23例锁骨骨折采用微创下中空加压螺钉内固定治疗。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间5～16个月(平均6.7个月)。X线示骨折愈合,愈合时间6～8周(平均6.6周),无畸形或延期愈合及并发症发生,外观良好,患者满意。结论微创下中空加压螺钉内固定治疗锁骨骨折是一种损伤小、操作简单、疗效优良的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore minimally invasive surgical treatment of clavicle fracture and its effect.Methods Twenty-three patients with clavicle fractures were treated with closed reduction and cannulated compression screw fixation from March 2003 to August 2006.Results All patients were followed up for 5～16 months (average 6.7 months).The union of fracture was good in X-ray.The union time was about 6～8 weeks (average 6.6 weeks).There were no abnormalities,delayed healing and complications in all patients.Conclusion This kind of operation method is a simple,effective and minimal invasive surgical procedure for treatment of clavicle fracture.更多还原
