【Abstract】 In this paper, the composing and concepts of the dynamic management model in the enterprise emergency protocol management are expounded base on notion of the dynamic management and lack of the enterprise emergency protocol management. The mode of operation in the enterprise emergency protocol management is analyzed through elements of the model in the enterprise emergency protocol management and PDCA circulation.
