新型聚芳醚砜酮/聚砜共混物的相容性及力学性能

【摘要】 采用双酚A型聚砜(PSF)作为共混改性剂来改善聚芳醚砜酮(PPESK)树脂的熔融加工性能,随着PSF组分的增加,PPESK/PSF共混物的熔融加工性得到显著提高。用差示扫描量热法(DSC)检测了共混物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了共混物的形貌结构,结果表明PPESK/PSF共混物出现了两个Tg,且这两个Tg都介于纯聚合物的Tg之间,共混物断面形态比较均匀,两相界面比较模糊,表明共混物为部分相容体系。用万能试验机测试了其力学强度,随着PSF含量的增加,力学强度呈现下降的趋势,但在PSF含量低于40%(质量分数)时仍能保持较高强度。

【Abstract】 Bisphenol-A polysulfone(PSF) as a modifier were used to improve poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) s(PPESK) resin melt processing properties.With the increase of PSF components,the PPESK/PSF blends melt processabilities have been improved significantly.The glass transition temperature(Tg) and the morphology of the blends were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the two Tg of PPESK/PSF blends have shifted slightly compared to the two Tg of the pure polymer.The blends section morphologies were homogeneous and the interphase was rather ambiguous.All these results indicate the blends are partially miscible system.Using universal testing machine to test its mechanical properties,the results show that with the increase of PSF,the mechanical strength exhibits downward trend,but the content of less than 40% PSF is still maintaining a relatively high intensity.
