AFM在N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物微凝胶粒子性能研究中的应用
The Properties of Poly(N-Isopropylacrylamide-co-Acrylic Acid,Microgels by Atomic Force Microscopy
【摘要】 通过无皂乳液聚合得到不同丙烯酸(AAc)含量的交联N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物(P(NI-PAM-co-AAc))微凝胶,利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对其形态和环境敏感性进行了分析。结果发现,该凝胶粒子大小均一,直径约800nm;当环境温度由15℃升至50℃时,粒子的体积缩小,这表明P(NIPAM-co-AAc)微凝胶具有温度敏感性。
【Abstract】 A group of crosslinked poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid)(P(NIPAMco-AAc)) microgels with different amount of AAc were synthesized by surfactant-free emulsion polymerization.The morphology and environmental sensitivity were studied by AFM.It shows that the microgel particles are monodispersed and the diameter of the dried microgel latex particles is about 800 nm.Moreover,the volume of the microgel particles decreases as the environmental temperature increased from 15 ℃ to 50 ℃,which reveals the temperature-sensitivity of P(NIPAM-co-AAc) microgel.
