TLCP种类对TLCP/GF/UP原位混杂复合材料力学和流变性能的影响

【摘要】 自行合成了不同种类的热致性液晶聚合物(TLCP),采用原位复合的方法制备了热致性液晶/玻璃纤维(GF)/不饱和聚酯(UP)原位混杂复合材料,研究了TLCP的种类对TLCP/GF/UP原位混杂复合材料的冲击、弯曲、蠕变、应力松弛、流变等性能的影响。结果表明,热致性液晶聚合物的加入能提高TL-CP/GF/UP复合材料的冲击和弯曲性能,其中加入5%LCMC的复合材料的冲击强度达到5.7 kJ/m2,是未改性体系的2.1倍,弯曲强度提高了1.2倍~1.6倍;蠕变和应力松弛研究表明,反应型的热致性液晶聚合物LCMC与不饱和聚酯发生交联,提高了复合材料的固化交联度,从而有效提高了复合材料的抗蠕变和应力松弛性能;液晶聚合物的加入,对复合材料的流变性能也有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 Different kinds of thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP) were synthesized and incorporated into unsaturated polyester(UP).Effects of kinds of TLCP on the impact strength,bending strength,creep behavior,stress relaxation and rheological properties of TLCP/UP/GF in-situ hybrid composites were studied by Izod impact tester,universal mechanics testing machine and capillary rheometer,respectively.The results show that the impact strength and bending strength of TLCP/GF/UP composites containing TLCP are improved to some extent,especially,the TLCP/GF/UP composites which containing 5% LCMC increase most obviously.Its impact strength enhances 2.1 times,bending strength improves 1.6 times at most,compared with unmodified GF/UP composites.The results of creep behavior and stress relaxation tests reveal that reactive thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer strengthens the curing network.
