聚氨酯/酰亚胺复合材料的研究进展

【摘要】 综述了聚氨酯/酰亚胺(PUI)的研究成果。详细介绍了线型和网络(包括互穿网络结构IPN)型聚氨酯/酰亚胺的合成;讨论了PUI的结构与性能(包括力学性能、动态力学性能和热性能);指出在制备PUI过程中所使用的溶剂极大地限制了PUI的应用,本体法制备PUI将受到广泛关注。

【Abstract】 Polyurethane-imide is a very promising material.In this paper,the advances for polyurethane-imide copolymer were reviewed.The synthesis of linear PUI and PUI networks,including interpenetrating PUI(PUIIPN),was introduced in detail.The advantage and disadvantage of synthesis routines of linear PUI made by polyurethane prepolymer,polyimide prepolymer,NCO block-deblock method or one-step method were detailedly discussed.The relationship between structure and properties(including mechanical properties,dynamical properties and thermal properties) for PUI was discussed.It was also concluded and predicted that solvent used in preparation of PUI limits the applications of PUI,and PUI from bulk polymerization will be widely concerned.
