硅橡胶膨胀型阻燃和热分解特性分析
Intumescent Flame Retardancy and Thermal Degradation of Silicone Rubber
【摘要】 采用极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)、热分析(TG)和实时傅立叶变换红外(RTFT-IR)等手段研究了硅橡胶(MVMQ)/三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)、硅橡胶(MVMQ)/三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)/季戊四醇(PER)复合体系的阻燃性能和热分解特性。研究结果表明,MP的添加量达到40份时MVMQ/MP复合体系表现出良好的阻燃性能和力学性能。与MVMQ/MP复合体系相比,在阻燃剂总量相同的情况下,MVMQ/MP/PER复合体系的阻燃性能有所降低。TG和RTFT-IR的结果都表明,阻燃剂MP的加入促进了硅橡胶的热分解。
【Abstract】 The flame retardancy and thermal degradation of silicone rubber(MVMQ)/mela mine polyphosphate(MP) composite and MVMQ/MP/pentaerythritol(PER) composite were investigated by limiting oxygen index(LOI) and UL-94 test,and thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and real time Fourier transform infrared(RTFT-IR),respectively.The results indicate that the MVMQ/MP composite performs good flame retardancy and mechanical properties when the content of MP is 40 phr.Compared with MVMQ/MP composite,MVMQ/MP/PER composite displays low flame retardancy at the same additive level.The addition of MP is helpful to promote the thermal degradation of silicone rubber as proved by the TG and RTFT-IR data.
