反应温度对二氧化碳/1,2-环氧丁烷/ε-己内酯三元共聚物性能的影响
Influence of Reaction Temperature on Terpolymers of Dioxide/1,2-Butylene Oxide/ε-Caprolactone Properities
【摘要】 以高聚物负载型双金属阴离子配位化合物PBM为催化剂,通过二氧化碳(CO2),1,2-环氧丁烷(BO)与ε-己内酯(CL)的三元开环共聚合反应,得到新型脂肪族聚碳酸酯(PBCL)。对PBCL进行了FT-IR1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR、DSC和WAXD等表征。并研究了反应温度对PBCL性能的影响。研究表明,当反应温度在60℃~70℃之间时,共聚物为无定型结构,特性粘数[η]和粘均分子量(-Mv)随着反应温度的升高而升高;当反应温度升高至80℃~90℃时,PBCL出现部分结晶,随着反应温度的升高,[η]和-Mv下降,CL的摩尔分数(fCL)增大,共聚物的结晶度增大,且玻璃化温度(Tg)下降,熔点(Tm)升高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the new polycarbonate(PBCL) was successfully synthesized by terpolymerization of carbon dioxide,1,2-butylene oxide(BO) and ε-caprolactone(CL).A polymer-supported bimetallic complex(PBM) was used as catalyst.The terpolymers prepared from different temperature were characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DSC and WAXD measurements.The influence of reaction temperature on terpolymer properties was investigated.The results reveal that the PBCL terpolymers are amorphous,and the intrinsic viscosity and viscosity-average molecular weights(v) increase as the reaction temperature changed from 60 ℃ to 70 ℃;Then,the PBCL terpolymers are partly crystalline,and [η] and v drops when the temperature is increased from 80 ℃ to 90 ℃.The molar fraction of CL(fCL),crystallinity of copolymers increases with increasing of reaction temperature. The higher temperature,the higher melting point(Tm),the lower glass transition temperature(Tg) are.
