水分散型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的合成与应用
Synthesis and Application of Aqueous Dispersion of Cationic Polyacrylamide
【摘要】 在(NH4)2SO4水溶液中,以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基苄基氯化铵(MBDAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体原料,聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC)为分散剂,采用水分散聚合技术,合成了环境友好型P(MBDAC-AM)共聚物。利用透射电镜观察其颗粒形貌,重点探讨了阳离子单体含量、分散剂浓度和无机盐用量对水分散聚合的影响以及各因素之间的协同效应。透射电镜显示,沉淀聚合物为2.0μm~8.0μm的球形或椭球形颗粒;水分散聚合的本质为固相自加速反应,即聚合反应主要发生在颗粒相;制备稳定水分散型P(MBDAC-AM)的适宜条件分别是:xMBDAC为5%~22%(单体)、wPDMC为1.5%~3.5%和w(NH4)2SO4为23%~28%。
【Abstract】 With the acrylamide(AM) and the methylacryloxyethyldimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(MBDAC) as the main raw materials,the poly(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride)(PDMC) as the dispersant,the aqueous dispersion polymer of P(MBDAC—AM)was synthesized in the solution of ammonium sulfate.The particles were characterized by Transmission Electronic Mirror(TEM).The effects of the concentrations of MBDAC,the PDMC and the ammonium sulfate on the aqueous dispersion polymerization and their interactions were investigated.The TEM shows that the spherical as well as oval particles size ranges from 2.0 μm to 8.0 μm.The results indicate that the aqueous dispersion polymerization is an autoacceleration polymerization and a major part of the polymerization occurs in the particle phase;the reaction conditions for obtaining the stable aqueous dispersion P(MBDAC-AM)polymer are controlled as follows: xMBDAC=5%~22%(monomers)、 wPDMC=1.5%~3.5% and w(NH4)2SO4=23%~28%.
