【摘要】 中、小型牛仔布成衣企业在流水线设计、机台布局、工序组合、技术资料制定等方面常存在一定问题,针对这些问题提出了相应的改进措施,如工艺、技术资料的积累、款式库建立、首件产品的制作、条形码的运用等。通过对一款牛仔裤进行工时测定,并按照流水线的设计原则,结合提出的改进措施,对该款牛仔裤进行工序安排和机台布局,对牛仔布成衣车间的流水线设计具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through on-the-pot inquisition in several jean garment sewing lines in Shaanxi Province, the existent problems in assembly line design, machine assignment, operation breakdown and technology decision was pointed out. Some measures were put forward. Such as technology collection, style center construction, pre-production, barcode technology use and so on. Through measured the operations of the jean garment, the operations of the jean garment and machines were arranged based on the principle of assembly line and the measures which were pointed out.
