【Abstract】 The Balanced Scoredcard(BSC)performance measurement was widely used in international insurance industry.With the example of a insurance corporation in Jiangsu province,in this paper,the weight was given with four different perspectives-finanial,cust omer,internal business,innovation and learing by way of AHP and main omposition analysis,thus the BSC was optimized.It laid the foundation for the further performance measurement study.更多还原
