封装材料性能对光纤布拉格光栅温度灵敏度影响分析
Analysis on influence of clad materials on temperature sensitivity of fiber bragg grating
【摘要】 光纤布拉格光栅封装后其温度灵敏度与裸光纤光栅有很大不同,这是因为封装材料的性能参数(包括泊松比,弹性模量,热膨胀系数及封装厚度)与光纤光栅的材料性能参数不一致造成的。理论分析了封装材料性能参数对光纤光栅温度灵敏度的影响。讨论了化学镀镍FBG的温度灵敏度公式,理论分析并用实验证明了镀镍层厚度与温度灵敏度的关系,理论分析得到化学镀层厚度分别为2.315μm、16.655μm、85.255μm的镀镍FBG的温度灵敏度依次为12.8406pm/℃、17.9784pm/℃、20.2029pm/℃,实验值依次为12.313pm/℃、17.1pm/℃、20.024pm/℃。理论值与实验值基本一致。
【Abstract】 The influence of packing materials on the temperature sensitivity of fiber bragg grating is analyzed in theory.The temperature sensitivity formula of nickel clad FBG is discussed,and the relation between the temperature sensitivity and the plating thickness of nickel clad fiber bragg grating is analyzed in theory and verified by experiment.When the plating thick-ness is 2.315 μm、16.655 μm、85.255 μm respectively,the temperature sensitivity is 12.840 6 pm/℃,17.978 4 pm/℃,20.2029 pm/℃,in theory and the experiment result is 12.313 pm/℃,17.1 pm/℃,20.024 pm/℃ respectively.The results of theoretical analysis matches the ones from experiments well.
