铜靶上激光等离子体诱发电势信号的实验研究

【摘要】 纳秒脉冲激光等离子体在周围空间激发电场,以金属靶作为探针即可测定靶上感应电势随时间的变化,提出了"元靶探针"探测等离子体电学信号的测试方法。测试数据表明,在无偏置电压条件下,靶电势曲线呈双峰结构,电势峰值随激光能量单调增大;在外加负高压偏置条件下,靶感应电势曲线整体上(约ms)呈单峰结构,电势峰值随偏置电压增大而增大并出现饱和趋势,同时在信号的初期阶段(约700ns)出现高频振荡现象,振荡频率不随激光能量及偏置电压发生变化。

【Abstract】 A new method to test the electrical signals of plasma generated from a brass target using a Nd:YAG laser(8 ns)is presented,in which a tiny metal target is used to be the probe and the potential signals of the metal target is tested.The experimental results with non-additional voltage show that there is a twin peak distribution in the signal wave and the intensity of potential signals increases with the laser energy.At the same time the experiment with additional high voltage is carried on,and the peak value increases with the additional voltage and goes to saturation,and it is found that the potential oscillates at the early stage and the frequency of oscillation is independent of the laser energy and additional voltage.
