全彩OLED屏显示系统的设计
Design of a full color passive-matrix OLED display
【摘要】 制作了分辨率为128×160的1.9"全彩无源有机发光二极管(OLED)屏,OLED全彩像素的尺寸为240μm×240μm,子像素尺寸为190μm×45μm。显示系统通过数字显示接口(DVI)可将微机输出的18bits灰度数据传送到驱动电路,从而实现262k种颜色。当屏的平均工作亮度为40cd/m2时,由于采用了双屏驱动技术,OLED屏的寿命预计超过5000h,器件的功耗为300mW。
【Abstract】 A full color 1.9" passive-matrix organic light-emitting diodes(OLED) has been developed.The display has 128(×3)×160 pixels with an equivalent full color pixel size of 240 μm×240 μm,and the size of mono sub-pixel was 190 μm×45 μm.18 bits gray-scale data was transferred from a PC by a digital visnal interface(DVI) interface,then the driving circuits realize 262 k color mode display.The dual-scan drving technology was used to prolong the lifetime of the OLED display to 5 000 h at the average luminance of 40 cd/m2,and the power consumption of the display was 300 mW about.
